Tried this salon two different times and had two different nail techs. Both did a terrible job and my nails started breaking within hours of leaving the salon. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been here multiple times before and sometimes it’s better then others. customer service isint all that great. Some of the nail techs have attitudes and are rude when you ask them to fix something that they messed up on. 3 of my friends walked in there yesterday and wanted to get a manicure. They walked out with the ugliest nails on and came to me and cried, like how can you let your customers walk out with nails that are crooked and bubbled when they are paying you to do your job….. this place has disappointed me way to many times, won’t ever go back and would never recommend.Service: Acrylic nailsI’ve been here multiple times before and sometimes it’s better then others. customer service isint all that great. I’ve been here multiple times before and sometimes it’s better then others. customer service isint all that great. Some of the nail techs have attitudes and are rude when you ask them to fix something that they messed up on. 3 of my friends walked in there yesterday and wanted to get a manicure. I got the dip nails and they literally started chipping after only two days. I think their stuff was old or something because I came back to have them fixed and they literally chipped again after one day. The manager acted annoyed that I complained about them not staying on. They should last at least two to three weeks. They completely fell off after only a week and a half. I spent $45 on them! Very frustrating. I will never go back.
