Susie has deep knowledge of her craft and a passion for excellence. She uses light therapy and natural products that work. She is a small business owner who juggles multiple roles. Her prices are reasonable. Her space is clean, cozy and comfortable. I’ve been getting facials for years and people think I look younger than my age. If you want results, this is the skincare place for you. If you want to be pampered, go to a spa.

Horrible experience. This has happened a few times. Susie was unprofessional, rough, arrogant and rude during microdermabrasion treatment. She got terrible bedside manners and got into an argument with me during the treatment. Horrendous customer service experience. Would never let them touch my face again and will never go to this place ever again. Stay away from this business.

Let’s start with Susie she is the lovely receptionist that greeted me. It was a small discrepancy concerning my Groupon which she smoothed out immediately and had me serviced. My esthetician Gaya was immediately soothing. She made me feel comfortable and got down to the business of making my skin look Great!! I got a Hydrotherapy treatment for an amazing bargain and lord I’m hooked!

Gaya is amazing! Honestly the best facial I’ve had so far. The second Gaya was done I could tell the difference in my skin, my face felt so much better and I left glowing. She’s got the magic touch, and knows how to help me look and feel younger. She’s a true professional, and her staff are always courteous and friendly. I bought a Groupon for an acne facial here on 4/3 and everyone was really nice and informative enough so that I bought a package ( I was told this included several different treatments but apparently it was just chemical peels, this made me a little nervous about getting scammed but I trust they do good by their customers). I bought a $500 package for 6 different appointments, I had a peel on 5/8 and my second peel today 5/29 . Both times went very well , again informative and kind . The owner has always been kind to me.

Please don’t come here. Read not only my review but the other reviews where clients have had the same complaint of terrible communication, unorganized appointment keeping and bad management. I bought a groupon for my husband to get a facial about a year ago. He had a good treatment with the facial for the first time but then he bought a package. Once you call to set up your appointments you hardly ever get someone on the phone. I’m not sure what system they use for their appointments but they always cancel or lose the appointment times. I called for an appointment and had it set up on Saturday. Then Susie the manager (or owner) called my husband to cancel it and re-scheduled for Sunday. At this point I was fed up with the back and forth that always takes place. Susie insulted me via text message saying that I had herpes on my face (she doesn’t remember that she had turned me away because I had just gotten a nose piercing) which I understand the risk of infection with them touching your face for a facial. I’m a nurse and this would never be the way I treat my patients. Terrible, terrible please don’t come here!! You would expect more from Westport!! Please read the response of the owner below so you can see how she treats her customers. I don’t know how she doesn’t know who I am but gave me a refund and says I have herpes on my face! Ridiculous! There’s nothing unlawful about giving an honest response about a terrible business!

I had a groupon that was gifted to me for Christmas. When I called to try and set up the appointment I never got a call back and it was very hard to contact them. When you do finally make an appointment they will call you from one day to the other to either cancel or reschedule the appointment. Susie (manager or owner) is not courteous or professional at all when dealing with the public. All people who work with the public should show more respect and education. I would rate this business 0 stars if I could.
