I have always gone to the Vaughn and Taylor location. Even after moving to Pike Road. The service is always great at that location and my nails always looks good. I decided to try out the Pike Road location today. I called ahead, told them I needed a pedicure and fill with gel polish. They said they couldn’t get me in until 4:30-4:45, which worked for me. Got there got seated pretty fast to get my pedicure but by the time the tech got to me the water was barely warm anymore. I purchased the deluxe pedicure, but never received my drink. I was also told that getting gel Polish was now $20 more. I declined and went with regular polish. I know I’ll regret that decision but I don’t remember ever being charged $20 at the Montgomery location. The tech was nice and did a good job.

Horrible experience! JOHN was rude and seemed like I was a problem from the beginning. Then he got upset when he could not give me the shape nails I wanted which I told him when I sat down. Never ever going back there. I’ll spend my money and time where I feel I’m wanted. Gel manicures
