Never going back . They were so rude to me. They person was half way through his work when he said “give me the money, you pay me now!” After he was done he sent me to a corner so I could put my nails under the lighting and he got mad at me for taking my purse. The entire time I was waiting under that lighting two employees were arguing. Made me feel very comfortable . He left me with burn around my nails. My nails look disgusting. Horrible customer service.

I didn’t like it at all! 1st time and last. I got a pedicure and he didn’t even use soap to clean my feet instead he uses water only. I told him that I had an Ingrown nail and he didn’t care. I’m from San Francisco so I would NOT be coming back. This is for the locals!!! Don’t come here and waste your money

I came later, towards closing time. I had two people helping me (I got a pedicure). They both took their time and paid attention to detail. The final result was excellent! For anybody reading the negative comment, the experience here was great. Don’t let the comment deter you from coming here!

I am new to the area and tried this place out because I don’t get anything fancy done, just a gel manicure. My gel manicure only lasted about 4 days before it started chipping and eventually all my nails broke. Very disappointed, I will not be coming back here again.

I’d give this place negative stars if I could. They had no customer service, barely asked what shape or length I wanted and then made me bleed on multiple fingers. Even worse, I watched him wipe my blood and skin off a tool and put it right back into his box to be used again!
