Despite the staff being very friendly… I would not waste your time or money at this salon; you’ll end up very disappointed. Posting this simply to inform others about the quality of this nail salons work… Disclaimer: I have been to this nail salon multiple times, so this is NOT just a one time “mess up”. Despite the staff being very friendly… I would not waste your time or money at this salon; you’ll end up very disappointed. The pictures I posted below are the dip nails that I just recently got… they are thick, un-even, bumpy, see-through, etc. It sucks to spend good money on your nails for them to turn out like this… this shouldn’t be acceptable at all!

Positive: Quality, ValueCame in for over a month ago for a new set of acrylics and haven’t had time to go in since then but they’re still in perfect condition. I came here because I’d been looking for a new nail place and they were the only one taking walk-ins that day. I was very pleasantly surprised – they did a GREAT job and the massage at the end was incredible. My only complaint is that their color selection is very limited compared to other places I’ve gone. I had a hard time finding one I wanted to wear.

What’s the point of scheduling an appointment? I schedule an appointment two weeks out. Only to arrive to find out the appointment was canceled. I did not cancel the appointment. The nail technician said I called in yesterday to cancel my appointment. I did not cancel the appointment. I’m very disappointed with the lack of organization and professionalism. They did not offer me another tech and asked for me to reschedule.

I’ve been hesitant to get acrylic or gel full sets for almost a decade after a couple pretty unfortunate situations. I took a lot of recommendations on places to go, and I read the Google reviews as well. All 4-5 star ratings for your salon, and I see why. Excellent service, friendly staff, and great prices! Lin was my nail tech, and she was sweet, gentle with my nails, and gave me a great experience! I’m so glad to have found my new nail spot, and looking forward to being a regular customer!

I am so impressed with Royal Nails. I made an appointment today for a full set of acrylic nails. When I arrived T, was waiting for me. She was very friendly, easy to talk to and very skilled!
