Got French gel on my natural nails. Had to cut 3 of my nails because the color started changing getting bubbles and looking really bad after 2 days. I noticed the Tech using dirty tools and when I tried to point it out to her she argued with me that she was using clean tools even though she pulled it out of a kit that had already been open. The owner was very nice very welcoming. The nail Tech acted rude and didn’t seem to care when I tried to explain the concern I had with anything. All she kept saying was yeah it’s clean over and over. I didn’t want to cause a scene so I kept my mouth shut let her finish and left. Lesson learned we’ll never go back!

So I’ve been going here and to Oscar’s for a few years now. But there’s just something about this lil neighborhood nail spot! They are friendly and kind and really love their clients. I came here over Oscar’s throughout my pregnancy and with my baby because I felt more welcome here. Now baby knows them so well they walk around with her while the rest finish. This is 5 star treatment. Treat them well and they will treat you like family! Also they do a great job on my nails and toes. (And I have big, dry hands and feet.)

This place is by far the worst place to go to for nails. They chipped three days later and the lady did such a horrible job and got attitude when I wanted it fixed. Waste of money DO NOT GO HERE! Here is a picture after 4 days.

Unfortunately not the same people! I went in and ask for a pedicure the lady try to sell me her biggest package they have I declined and she kept saying which one to pick I declined twice again. So she said ok and proceed but did not actually did nothing did not took my calluses out which it was in the package she literally scrub my feet 5 times yes I counted I do it more when I shower! Did not buy any chemical in my feet to soften just the sugar scrub for my legs! Also I told her abt my ingrown nail and somehow made it worse not it hurts more than when I came in. I did not said anything I couldn’t It was something so simple I didn’t ask for ridiculous things or picky just wanted my feet to feel good not pretty but to actually feel good take care of all the stuff they normally do! Been going for years there, sadly not anymore now I need another place to go to.

I took my 79 yr old mother, sitting in a wheelchair, for a manicure and pedicure. The 2 ladies are nice even though I’m not sure how well they understand English. They did not soak her hands, however the polishing was fine. But they made her toes bleed using the electric tool that takes the polish off. The results did not look professional at all. Then I was asked to pay $52. They have posted on the window and the wall chart manicure and pedicure $33. We chose regular polish. I will not be back.
