Horrible experience!! My appointment was at 9, she was late and didn’t bother to say she was going to be late. I had to text her. Over ten minutes late. Then she had scheduled 3 peoples appointments at 9 so she had her daughter playing in my head. I had contacted her the day before with a different style I wanted, she never responded and then her daughter starts doing the first style. When I said something about it, rosy told me my hair was not long enough to be scalp braided… so I had to get the first style. I respectfully declined and went and got my hair SCALP BRAIDED, like I asked for the first time. Of course, my hair was Long enough but I think her daughter didn’t know how to scalp braid which is why she lied and said my hair wasn’t long enough. Will never go back.

I needed a braid down / foundation prep for a sew in and Rosy and her other stylist were very patient w/ me as I wanted a specific braid pattern for my install.
