Critical: ProfessionalismI made an appointment last week for Rusty. When I called to confirm the appointment for later today they would not honor that time. They said they had a glitch in their system though the person booking it remembered booking it last week for me at that time. They scheduled someone else after I had already made the appointment over my time. They would not bump the person they scheduled instead of me at my time today though I was booked first.. I had scheduled around this appointment since early last week. They said they could not reschedule the hair color appointment for the person that had my spot. I made an appointment last week for Rusty. When I called to confirm the appointment for later today they would not honor that time. They said they had a glitch in their system though the person booking it remembered booking it last week for me at that time. They scheduled someone else after I had already made the appointment over my time. They would not bump the person they scheduled instead of me at my time today though I was booked first.. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueJessie is THE best hairstylist EVER!!! I have been to many many stylists in many different states and she is hands down the greatest. I’ve been seeing her for about 2 years and will never go anywhere else. My hair is very tricky because it pulls orange really bad when trying to go blonde. She has managed to take me from brown to platinum, ashy, blonde and make it look exactly how I wanted. No other hairstylist has ever been able to get close to what I wanted. She is a genuine hair artist. I get many compliments on my hair and always have to give the credit to Jessie. Jessie is THE best hairstylist EVER!!! I have been to many many stylists in many different states and she is hands down the greatest. I’ve been seeing her for about 2 years and will never go anywhere else. My hair is very tricky because it pulls orange really bad when trying to go blonde.
