Wow! Today is the first time I have ever been to Ross’ and I have nothing but satisfaction and appreciation for my hair cut, the hair dresser, and the environment within the salon. Before my cut, my hair dresser Bridgett was noticeably attentive to my details as I described and showed her my desired cut–which was a shoulder-length curly bob. I greatly appreciated my hair dresser’s scrupulous work on my hair cut, for she concentrated to make it the best it could be, and kept conversation small, friendly, and respectful. You can tell that a hair dresser is diligent when they are focused. My cut took approximately 50 minutes, and the final fee was $25, but I was so pleased I tipped her an extra ten! I certainly recommend Ross’ if you’re looking for exceptional service at a highly reasonable price.

The friendly staff who work at Ross’ were amazing. They either said hello to me or made eye contact and smiled if they had clients. The hair dress I went to did exactly what I wanted. She also verified what I wanted before starting so there were no question or problems! I loved my experience there. I will definitely go back. Also the prices were reasonable for what amazing work she did.
