If you are looking for a professional atmosphere this is not the place!!! I came here and the man who met us at the door was very rude and unprofessional. They sat us down immediately and to my disappointment I was sat down with the man from the door. Not only did he not listen to a single thing I was trying to tell him, but he also decided to raise his voice at me when I tried correcting him about my nails being crooked and in the wrong color. I repeatedly told him that I did not want the color he chose for me, and he proceeded to put it on my hand anyways. When I told him I didn’t like it he got in his feelings and started getting loud with me. I then told him nicely that I would like to just take the color off and leave. He gave me a napkin and some acetone lol. The few people that were in the salon were just staring, because they too were in disbelief that this man was yelling at a teenager. Maybe he was having a bad day I don’t know. Anyways to save you the trouble “COBE Nails” isn’t that far from here.

This place was great, I have no idea what is going on, but my last 2 visits have been a nightmare. They want to change your idea of what you want. Unless it’s free to me, i do have my own ideas. They have no idea how to do a regular manicure. They push gel stating that’s the only way my natural long nails will look nice. Insane concept to me. They have Random charges that are not first explained by tech to be approved by the person paying for it.

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. If I could give it a zero star I would. The man who did my daughters nails was nasty and aggressive to her. She’s only 13. He shoved my daughters chair so far under the table the drawer fell on her legs leaving pressure marks. Stay away from this salon. They don’t deserve business if they are going to treat people nasty.

I used to come here frequently. And to my surprise I was very disappointed with the most recent service I recieved. My nails look like bubble fingers. And they HURT! The guy in the third chair wanted to add tips which I can not function with while at work, and asked for them to not be included. And seemed to get attitude for responding no thank you. Beyond disappointed for the fact these are my hands to my graduation from nursing school! So frustrated! For the fact this was done twice, because I did complain and it felt as if there was resentment for me saying how I felt about my nails. My thumb nails are not the same length either.

I use to go to this nail place since 2005 and then new owners took it over. The owner is very rude and they started getting new nail techs and after I paid so much money after a few days after getting my nails done it got chipped when the dip that I do last me a month. The owner told me I need to hurry up cause I wanted something customized. I will never go back to them or reccomnend people to go. The owner is very rude. I found another place that I will be going to.

I’ve always done my nails here but it seems the cannot take constructive criticism the guy cut my toe nail crooked and when I told him it was not straight to fix it, he stated he did not cut my nails which he just did owner came instead of fixing guy walked away and owner says they are not doing pedicure, just because he’s employee walk away. The mistreatment just because they make a mistake and how dare you speak about it being wrong is beyond me. They resented speaking about my nails being slanded and not straight stopped my nails service completely
