I called on Friday and got an appointment on Wednesday. Walked into the shop and Rosa greeted me with so much kindness. Her shop is beautiful and very clean and to top it off she did an amazing job on my hair. I have only been here a month and have visited several shops to get braids, but Rosa is where I will be going. Her price was great and she is amazing. I also purchased some hair spray that helps soothe my hair. If you want a Great Place to get Great Service then I suggest you go see her.

I’m sure that Mrs.Rosa is a fine person, very nice and professional like the other reviews state. But the person who was supposed to be braiding my hair was very mean and nasty! Not only was she an hour late to my 9:00 appointment but she verbally harassed me and made me feel terrible. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Would rate no stars if I could. Every time I have called to get an appointment, this business is closed. I called last week on a Wednesday or Thursday to get my hair done and she said she was going out of town and don’t be back until Monday. I called and looked on the site today and it says that they’re closed until TUESDAY!…wow. So you’re closed on Saturday (which is one of the busiest days for a business to make money because everyone is off work and want to go out and shop on Saturday’s. I understand being closed on Sunday. But also being closed on Monday!…now that’s ridiculous. Horrible business hours.

I have seen many beautiful braid styles by many talented hair braiders, but none as neat as Rosa’s braides, or locs. Not only are the braides neat , they last. So if your looking to be distinctive with yiur braides or locs, give her a call.
