Last night I had an appointment with Rina at the Oak Creek location and she did an amazing job! She colored my roots, cut my hair and gave me a deep conditioning treatment. I asked for clip in extentions at my previous appointment but I needed her to color-match them to my hair color. When I arrived, she had them ready to go and she had color-matched them perfectly to my hair. Then she applied them and styled my hair while teaching me what to do to maintain them at home. I am so happy with the way my hair looks! It looks so healthy and my new extentions are really fun! Roots is a beautiful salon and everyone there is so nice. Serena (at the front desk) checked me out and she was so helpful in making sure I had my next appointment booked. The other stylists are all so friendly and always say hi when I come in. All around, a great experience!

I have been to Kay quite a few times before and she always does such a wonderful job. I usually come in for alternative cuts, previously a wolf cut and now tomboyish sidetails, and I love what she does every single time. This past appointment all I had was a drawing showing what I wanted (the sidetails/short in back) and she replicated it PERFECTLY!! I am in LOVE with my hair and I can’t wait to go back!

I have tired this place a few times with a year apart. I went for a hair cut, color and style. Receptionist was rude and was not people oriented at all. The stylist was unexperienced and not flattering at all. I moved on. Then my daughter last week needed a hair cut. I thought I will give it another try. Made appointment on line. I thought the appointment was Saturday instead of Sunday. So I show up at 330(yes they close at 4pm. But their appt time said 330). So, we went. The Receptionist, different one was, we are closing, I said I have appt. She popped up and said “no you dont”. I looked at my phone and I showed it to her and she was like. It says clearly it is Sunday and we are closing now. I said oh I am so sorry. I thought I had picked this day. She said nothing and again said, we are closing!

First of all customer is always right I came with so many expectations and they did a lazy job, the hair dresser started on my already conditioned hair, and lectured me on what suits me because I’m too dark, applied semi permanent die on my hair when my appointment was clearly set for color take down and then recoloring it was only 45 min color she did and asked me to come for 4 hour appointment… !! I have always been to best hairstylists and this is the first place where they don’t even recommend you hairstylist according to your native color type, I’m disappointed sad and left with so many shades in my hair, next time get a stylist for native hair types or say you can’t color our hair straightforward!! If your hair is dark I highly recommend style salon in new Berlin, this place is just a ripoff for darker hair , I’m editing this because no one tried to help or call me, turns out she used a semi permanent dye on my hair to cover up grey which she didn’t knew how to color, i was told by my stylist that my hair is damaged beyond measures, kindly do not make this up that you tried contacting me, I was your costumer at your oak creek location on fri April 29th 2022 for appointment from 8-4pm and she told me I was done after 45 mins and lectured me How dark my skin is … you guys are beyond disappointment and there you go write u tried to look me up it’s a lie … I never took refund or any help from you guys Thankyou

Thank GOD for Mari!!!! After another stylist destroyed my hair, she stepped up the plate. MVP. It looked better immediately after the first visit, and continued to improve every session. Almost two years later now and I finally have decent looking hair that’s getting better all the time. I saw another stylist there once when Mari was booked and she didn’t disappoint either. Everyone there is super talented.
