My best friend & I just came for her birthday & it was an amazing experience for both of us! This was the first time we have ever been to a NOW massage & we will for sure be back! We both got the 50 min massage with a scalp renewal treatment & it was fabulous! The place is really cute & relaxing, I can’t remember the name of the girl who gave me my massage but she was so sweet & did such a wonderful job getting the areas I had tension built up! Not to blow up my own spot, but this is the best massage I’ve ever received, I go almost weekly. I feel so grateful and blessed to work with Grace. She is the most incredible masseuse ever. Her touch is profound and her breath work is beyond amazing. The facilities are immaculate, I really value my time there in silence just breathing and releasing pain and pent up emotions. THE. BEST. MASSAGE. EVER!!!! Michael, you are heaven sent honey. I experienced The Now 50, which is their signature Swedish inspired massage. Although I did feel like I temporarily died & went to heaven for 2 hours, it lasted 50 minutes – which is the perfect amount to relieve built up anxiety/stress & for overall relaxation. Highly, highly recommend.& PLEASE request Michael 10/10 amazing session.

Literally the worst massage I’ve ever had. I specifically listed what I needed work on & not only was that ignored but my massage ended early because apparently your not allowed to cry during your massage. I’m in a ton of physical pain from the emotional pain I’ve been in & I came here to get relief and instead they were very rude, I’m absolutely shocked, I’ve gotten over 100 massages in my life, I am not new to this and this was just an utterly horrible experience.

The NOW is amazing! My therapist Baxter did a great job asking me which areas to prioritize and was able to work out several muscle knots I had. I feel completely rejuvenated! This was my second visit and I’ll certainly be back again!

Poor massage (I could have done better myself) and almost 15 minutes less than what I paid for. This was the second time I’ve received a poor quality massage here (the latter being much worse). Very disappointed and complete waste of money.
