So my nail tech was fairly new. I think I may have offended her, because I was not happy with my nails and I made it known. I ended up having a total of 3 techs working on my nails. Overall I did leave happy. I gave the new tech a $20 tip because I know I made her feel bad but I did apologize. I want trying to be rude. Thanks ladies.

Critical: QualityI recently moved back to Visalia. I went to this shop and got a pedicure and a gel manicure. The man did a great job on my pedicure, but he did a horrendous job on my manicure. He not only cut me, but it honestly looked like a little kid did my nails. He was super distracted too! I will never go back. I’m still on the hunt for a good place. I recently moved back to Visalia. I went to this shop and got a pedicure and a gel manicure. The man did a great job on my pedicure, but he did a horrendous job on my manicure.
