I had a full microdermabrasion facial done here by Donna. The process was so relaxing and I felt completely at home. Afterwards, my skin was visibly smoother and glowing. A few weeks after the process was done, I could see that my dark spots were beginning to fade and my overall skin tone seemed smoother, and more even. I have even noticed that my breakouts have been less frequent. I highly recommend this salon, and their friendly and caring staff. The full facial is worth it!!!!

I got my nails done here once and they turned out fine, but my issues with this salon stem from the lack of communication among staff and subsequently with customers. The first time I called to try and make an appointment I asked what kind of services they offer with regard to nails. Now, I had to ASK because there is no list of services ANYWHERE. Not on any social media platform nor on their website which is strange because there is a list of services inside the salon. So if that information could be posted online, that would be extremely helpful for potential patrons. When I tried to actually make the appointment, the woman on the phone said didn’t know what services they offer for nails because she only does hair and then she asked me to call back in an hour to make an appointment with the woman who does nails. Not a great first impression — I’ve been to many a salon where everyone knows what services are offered across the board and again there is a list inside the salon. Fast forward to today: I call to make an appointment. “Hello I would like to make an appointment for a manicure.” The woman on the phone says “can you hold?” Of course I do, but I wasn’t actually placed on hold and I could hear them talking so I guess she just moved the receiver slightly away from her mouth? Again, not great customers service. I’m “on hold” for a bit before she comes back and says “I’m not taking any new clients.” I don’t have a problem with that, congrats on having a steady clientele…but EVERYONE that works there should already know that. That way I don’t have to be “on hold.” Also, advertising that you take walk-ins and are “accepting dope clients” is extremely misleading. You have social media and a website please update them accordingly. That information MUST be visible for potential clients otherwise it is a waste of time for me and for y’all as a business. I hope you’ll implement my recommendations.

I started with sharpening every 6 months and now send in every 4 months, which is made as easy as dropping them in the mailbox when the time comes. I chop 40+ heads per week.The scissors are quality. The customer service is always quick and I’ve never had an issue go unresolved. Not having the up front cost of buying is awesome, not being on some kind of payment plan is rad. I also feel like I’m part of a small business family at RPS, which, as a small business barber, means a lot.
