Update- I will still go to Mason, but just heard a very disappointing review from my husband. My husband & step son walked in to see if they could get haircuts, and got ignored. I told them to go there, but they ended up walking out since nobody took the time to greet them. I’m sure they were busy with appointments on Saturday, but they could have taken a few seconds to greet them, and inform them when they could get haircuts if their schedule was full. After having such a great experience, I’m very disappointed the same kindness was not experienced by my husband, and son. I guess it would be best to call them before coming in, as I was very satisfied with the quality of service I recieved.
