If I could give zero stars I would. The pedicure was short and not relaxing, and they painted my toes under the nail techs table?! The dip manicure was poorly done with inconsistencies, which I asked to cover with polish. The polish was applied with streaks and more bubbles. In total, I was there for 2.5hrs To boot, they charged me for a gel and a dip manicure – $95 for incredibly dissatisfying services. After coming ihome and examining my nails, realized how bad they were and returned asking for a refund to which they replied no and pointed to a small addition to their signage. Clearly this has happened before. They offered to do them again, but I don’t have the time or desire to at this point. Do not waste your money or time – so disappointed.

I am a hairstylist and I know how IMPORTANT customer service is…. One of my many trips to Robious Nails the were two nail techs in there who decided to have an arguement in front of me and several other customers who were in there to relax and treat thereselves. They were argusing in there language however arguements are pretty apparent when there voice tones keep growing.. You can tell NO matter what language they speak that it was heated… I emded up sending a note to the owner and it got no where. She did however fire the girl…
