Dermaplaning

Microdermabrasion

Erbium Ablative – Palomar
Aggressively ablates surface of skin. In just one treatment client can have a more youthful looking appearance with improved tone and texture of the skin. Achieve long lasting results without the pain or side effects associated with improved tone and texture of the skin. Client is numbed for treatment. Client will be medicated prior to treatment and will need a ride to and from procedure. Single Session Only.
Fractional Non-Ablative Laser – Palomar
In non-ablative resurfacing, fractional lasers deliver heat into the skin through thousands of tiny, deep columns known as micro-thermal treatment zones. The treatment helps eliminate old epidermal pigmented cells and deposits heat deep into the dermis to tighten skin and stimulate collagen remodeling. No downtime required.
Fractional Sublative Laser “Skin Resurfacing Rejuvenation” – Elos
This Laser treatment uses Radio frequency (RF) to deliver an effective but controlled fractional treatment. Helps with wrinkle reduction, scars, large pores and provides better skin texture. Minimal downtime with skin being tight and red for 1-4 days.
IPL (Intense Pulse Light) aka Photofacial – Palomar
Can treat a wide variety of skin problems including removal of red spots, diffuse redness and can help with acne or rosacea. Multiple treatments with a minimum of usually 3 is recommended.
Juvederm Ultra Plus – injectable dermal filler
Helps to fill face lines for a natural-looking result that is commonly used in Parentheses lines, corner mouth lines, lips or Marionette lines. Lasts up to 1 year.
Juvederm Ultra XC – injectable dermal filler
Adds plumpness and is commonly used for Lips. Lasts up to 1 year.
Juvederm Volbella XC – injectable dermal filler
Adds subtle Volume and is commonly used in lips or for vertical Lip Lines. Last up to 1 year.
Juvederm Vollure XC – injectable dermal filler
Helps to smooth lines that is commonly used in Parentheses Lines, Lips or Marionette lines. The benefit of this filler is that it lasts up to 18 months.
Juvederm Voluma XC – injectable dermal filler
Helps to Lift and Contour lines that is commonly used for Cheeks that also help reduce Parentheses Lines. The benefit of this filler is that it lasts up to 2 years.
Kybella
Used to reduce that stubborn “double chin”. A great non-surgical alternative to blast away the stubborn submental fullness. The use of deoxycholic acid that permanently destroys fat cells. It’s individually tailored to your unique chin profile. Make take multiple treatments for optimal results.
Laser Hair Reduction – Palomar
Minimum of 5 treatments with ideal results with 5-8 treatments.
Microneedling and Microneedling with PRP
This procedure works as a CIT (Collagen Induction Therapy) to decrease the appearance of fine lines; Boost Collagen and Elastin production; repair scar damage; treats sun damage and pigmentation; shrinks pores and more. For optimal results treatments should be done every 4-6 weeks and coupled with laser treatments. Platelet-rich Plasma or PRP is a highly concentrated autologous serum that is rich in growth factors and Cytokines such as platelet-derived growth factor, transforming growth factor, insulin-like growth factor and vascular endothelial growth factor. These growth factors regulate and induce cell migration. Also known as the Stem Cell Face-lift or Vampire Facial.
Obagi Blue – Deep
Consultation is performed by Dr. Walter followed by a personalized 6-12 week course of Obagi Nu-Derm creams to prepare your skin for your upcoming treatments. A deep peel that uses TCA (Trichloracetic Acid). Used for the Eradication of Acne scars; reduce wrinkles and fine lines; reverse Sun damage; Pigmentation issues and Aging skin with sagging skin. Down time is approximately 5-7 days and your skin may retain a blueish tint that should wash off within 24-48 hours.
Obagi Blue Radiance Peel – Medium
This is considered a medium depth peel that is primarily composed of Salicylic Acid which is used to exfoliate the skin. Used to treat and promote improved overall skin complexion, help hyper-pigmentation, heal photo-damaged skin and provide superficial exfoliation. There is no downtime with this peel. After just one your skin will be brighter, tighter and smoother. For optimal results a series of 4-6 peels is recommended.
SRA “Radio Frequency Facelift” – Elos
This treatments offers the same concept as IPL however, this procedure uses both Intense Pulse Light and Radio Frequency. Reduces the appearance of brown spots and wrinkles.
Scar Revision and Stretch-mark Reduction – Palomar
Fractional technology uses pulses of laser light to target and breakdown scar/stretch marks, triggering new tissue production underneath the skin. New collagen will help improve both the texture and color of the stretch marks. Clients can expect to see a decrease in the appearance of stretch marks and a smoother texture of skin. Multiple treatments are recommended minimum of 5-8 treats spaced out 4-6 weeks apart. No downtime.
Sublime Skin Tightening Treatment – Elos
This is a noninvasive wrinkle reduction treatment used to tighten areas with mild laxity. Gives an INSTANT result for a more refreshed and youthful appearance. Uses bipolar RF and infrared technology to heat dermis and stimulate collagen production. No downtime with this treatment.
Trinity Laser Package – Elos
Includes all three Elos procedures in the same day. Starts with SRA, followed by the Sublime and ends with the Sublative.
TruSculpt 3D – Body Contouring
A non-surgical option for weight loss that uses radio frequency device designed to sculpt and contour the body. On average, clients will experience 24% reduction in fat thickness. A customized plan is developed with each client to optimize desired results. Right after treatment the body begins to breakdown and flush out remnants of fat cells that have been treated, which begins the reduction in the treated area’s circumference and diminished fat.
VI Peel – Medium/Deep
This peel is safe and effective on all skin types and colors. Can be used on the face, neck, chest, arms, back and legs. It is the ONLY peel safe for the under eye area. There is minimal downtime and is painless. Ideal candidates are those looking to improve mild to moderate skin damage, hyper-pigmentation, Melasma, Rosacea, heal acne, enlarged pores, oil balancing and reverse the signs of early aging. May cause hyper-pigmentation on those with darker skin tones. May take up to 2-3 days before skin begins peeling and can continue up to 6 days. Noticeable results are realized after the first VI peel however for optimal results a series of 3-6 treatments is recommended spaced 3-4 weeks apart followed by bi-annual maintenance treatments.

I always go to Hallie for my fillers. Not only is she the most knowledgeable when it comes to faces, but she’s better than any plastic surgeon I’ve been too. In fact, a prominent surgeon ruined my face, and if it weren’t for her, I’d probably never leave the house. She was able to improve what three revisional plastic surgeons couldn’t. Not only do her prices beat all the competition, but she has the best personality, and bed side manner of any health professional I’ve met thus far!! Her office is also very comfortable and nicer than some of the surgeons offices I’ve been to as well. Her staff is also top notch and very friendly Don’t hesitate to go see Hallie! She really is the best in the business!!
