I never write reviews but have been planning to write this one since the moment my appt was over this week. I’ve been with Riverchase for several years and multiple doctors for my psoriasis. Not that any of them were bad but this week I had my first visit with Laura Taylor and I hope she stays because she has been the best by far!!!! She was not only super nice but went above and beyond to make things easier for me!!! her team was great too!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Laura Taylor for over 4 years. She has helped keep my psoriasis under control. And is always open to hearing about any problems I may have. I’ve actually never ever met a doctor as genuine and caring as her. She also has such an amazing team. Truly blessed to have came across her, on my search for a dermatologist. The actual appointment was fine. Laura is a great resource for the company. The issue is with the new pre-registration. It came with Aqua heading and it is a disaster. It kept giving me an error message so I gave up and did not pre-register. It needs to be fixed.

Not happy, the doctor was maybe 1 minute or less with me, not even health education or courtesy, I wasted my money, some of the secretaires were nice the doctor assistante was nice. This is not fear for costumers to charge money for not real service, on top of everything to charge insurance.

Zero if I could. Didn’t take my insurance so I did self pay. On the phone they said it was $150. At check out they say it’s $124. Said ok I will pay with my HSA card, lady ran out saying oh it’s now $240. Explaining that I am paying like a debit card and you didn’t take my insurance so it’s self pay and she said well you have insurance, doesn’t matter we don’t take it we are now charging you $240! Isn’t that fraud? Last time I use RiverChase!!
