Ritz is amazing! They do an amazing job and are so very kind. My mom and I were getting pedicures when my mom took a call informing her that her father (my grandfather) had passed away. It was so nice to be in a wonderful environment and even receive hugs from the nail technicians❤️

I did Shellac manicure a couple days back. The lady was too fast and was careless while pushing the cuticles. 4 of my fingers were bleeding while she cut my cuticles. She apologized for that. I wasn’t sure if it is normal as I was doing that type of manicure for the first time. She put a glue kind of solution on the bleeding nails, and I’m not sure if it was sanitized. The manicure station even was not that clean. But they had no problem when I asked to change the nail pattern on 2 nails. My nails look good and the everything else was good.

The lady I worked with, was very fast and efficient. I had a broken nail and she was able to help me do dip so I can help it grow out. Very kind and wasn’t like overly talkative but like the right amount so we’re weren’t just silent, but still chatted. Cost was very reasonable. Would do it again.

Just moved to the Mequon/Ceaderburg area from Chicago and had a very hard time finding a place that did quality nails like back in IL, tried a bunch of places all over the area and finally found that Ritz was the go to place for nails.
