Took my mom for a manicure and pedicure for her birthday. Rita’s is a hygienic and gleaming salon ♀️. The front desk worker and salon workers were all nice and helpful. I called for a walk in appointment at 11am and was able to get one for my mom at noon! How awesome they are! I recommend to anyone looking to get massages or in need of any cosmetic work

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueSPOTS MISSED IN BLEACHING AND YELLOW HAIR. The picture with a filter was from when I was blonde before and what I wanted to be again. The one with the mask was after the toner and the one with my pup was before I called upset. Also just a few photos of just SOME spots missed.The story: I asked if they could get my hair back to platinum. I was told yes at a consultation. I came into the appointment super excited that they could do it and everyone was super nice. I go to leave and my hair is yellow and I was not happy but tried to live with it. After a bit I got too upset and called them because it wasn’t what I wanted and I was upset. They put toner in and it was still not as light as I wanted but it was a better. They all kept saying “this is so good for the first time” although I was uninformed there had to be multiple times. I didn’t leave a review until now because I went to straighten my not platinum hair and there are spots that were MISSED…. not only is it yellow/orange but now I am noticing these spots. The people seemed nice but I would’ve rather been told up front it wasn’t going to be right first go. But that isn’t why I am writing this review. Spots being missed is ridiculous for paying hundreds of dollars. I mean I could have done it myself if I wanted spots missed and the wrong color. Stumbled upon Rita’s, and so happy I did! Fayhia did an absolutely AMAZING job on my hair! I just told her I wanted it cleaned up with some long layers, and she knew exactly what to do to get it looking healthy and full of life again. I also got eyebrow threading done by Pooja, which was quick and easy! Everyone was so nice, place was clean and I love that they have so many services under one roof. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been going to Rita’s for 5 years now and always have a good experience. Scheduling online is easy and the salon is always clean. I get my eyebrows threaded every 3-4 weeks by Poonam and she does an excellent job. Love this place. Eyebrow threading

I got my nails done at Rita recently and for some reason, polish from one of the nail came off little bit after one day, when I called and asked Rita if they can fix it, they gave same day appointment and fixed it for free of cost. I loved their service.
