This was the worst experience i’ve ever had at a hair salon. My hair had blonde highlights and I had that were pretty orange and the stylus said that she would be able to make them more blonde. We also discussed putting a bit of pastel pink color in there. Showed her a picture and everything it took about four hours for her to bleach it to the same if not more orange than it was before. She also put a purple hair dye on my hair that looked like I dyed it when I was 16 years old. Also with any of the color or bleach she didn’t go anywhere near my roots so it look like I did not just get my hair done. Then after six hours and it’s still not looking even close to being OK she had another client come in and just left me there literally crying my eyes out I had been there for so long and she was now working on someone else and had no sympathy it was basically just accusing me of not knowing what I wanted even though it was just absolutely ridiculous.

I went to get my hair cut by Melissa and she did an amazing Job! She’s very cool and sitting in her chair was one of the most confident and comfortable experience. She is trained and specialized in cutting curly hair that’s very textured which is hard enough to find in palm beach county. I can’t wait to come to her for more haircuts in the future when needed.

I randomly called Riot 5 years ago (maybe more) after finding some of the stylists on Instagram and seeing their great work. I scheduled an appointment with Kate and I haven’t stopped going back! Kate is amazing, she’s transitioned me from a brunette to a blonde and back again a few times now. She always makes sure to maintain the integrity of your hair but also giving you what you want!

Kit is amazing! She does a fabulous job: color, cut, and when asked, making suggestions (that are right on). I needed help with my color and she made suggestions, it came out fantastic! Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had an appointment to get a balayage and haircut done with Patricia. I wanted a very ashy dark blonde color on my roots to match the bottom color. I also asked for layers and long curtain bangs. I left the salon with yellow hair and the “curtain bangs” are so short and not blended nicely whatsoever. This concerned me because the stylist is one of the owners. I went back today for a dark glaze to get rid of the yellow tones. I found her to be rude. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her for a mistake she made. She offered to blend my bangs but I decided to leave it be. I didn’t want them to come out worse. The shampoo girl toned my hair nicely and she was more professional and friendly than the stylist. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this salon. Shannon is the best. I moved from Seattle 20 months ago and the first few months tried two different salons and was very unhappy. Then i found Riot Hair Lounge and Shannon. I will never go elsewhere. She is an amazing colorist and stylist !! Super sweet too.
