I had to wait 30 minutes past my appt time then when I got in Ashley’s chair I made sure of the price for the all over color and hair cut which was 62.27 after she put the die in my hair she let it sit in my hair at least 20 minutes after the buzzer went off. Then when she cut my bangs I asked her if I could straighten them to make sure they were the right length because she had to recut them 3 times and she failed to tell me she was charging me to do this. When I got to the register the price went from 62 dollars to 99 dollars and all i did was get a trim and a simple all over hair color.i feel like she ripped me off and i will never go back here. And i recommend everyone else find somewhere else to get their hair done.

I have never paid 79.00 for a root color. As they charged me. I been going too smartstyles all over US for along time. I asked for style also, too roll brush dry, she brought upon herself too flat iron it wet. Wow. Too come home to having rewash due too my hair was sticky underneath.
