Was charged $70 for a pedicure. $40 base price + $20 for gel plus $10 for “deep calluses” I realize I have to pay extra for gel polish but it would have nice if it didn’t look like a 2 year old painted them. The nail walls are all flooded. Toe nails were never filed strait. And the “deep calluses” were brushed over by a grater tool but not taken care of. I’ve used this place before while it wasn’t the best pedicure I’ve ever had it was fine. But this was just terrible. The nail tech spent the entire time talking to the other nail tech. And left before my service was finished. Nails tools kept being placed into her pockets which isn’t sanitary. Overall just not a great experience and I don’t think I’ll go back.

They look fine from far away but when you get close up, there is like a string hair stuck in it and there are bubbles. And the paint is smeared! Definitely not worth the 60$ I recommend going somewhere else.

Probably the worst manicure I’ve ever had. The entire process was rushed and the tech answered the phone at least 5 or 6 times in the 20 minutes it took for her to do my nails. See the photos for how bad the polish job was – it was all over my cuticles and fuzz stuck in the polish. My cuticles were jagged after and my nails were rough and catching on my sweater; I had to fix when I returned home. I would not recommend.

Hannah is a great nail tech, so sweet and such a hard worker. She was managing the whole shop, answering phones, giving prices, and did an AMAZING job with my acrylic fill and gel polish all the while! Low prices and clean shop as well 🙂 thank you, Hannah!

After I had a bad experience at another nail place in town, I decided to give Rio’s a try. I’m not sure if my experience was an exception or the norm. If the range of reviews is to be trusted, it only shows that there’s a lack of consistency from technician to technician, and the quality of your nails rests in the luck of the draw.

Ok so if you go here just know you’re going to get charged for every little thing that you ask for. For example I asked for acrylic nails with gel polish which they told me was going to be $45. As he was doing my nails he said that it was going to be more because I asked for a long, coffin style, matte finish so he said my total is now going to be $55. For reference just let them know what you need and what you want before they start working on your nails so you can get the accurate price. Now there is no way I am complaining about the work because overall my nails turned out to look great.

Horrible. My first and last time here, I had the gel nail polish (shellac) done and the male worker (didn’t catch his name) essentially couldn’t have cared less. He slopped on my polish in an uncaring manner, not only leaving unpolished areas on my nail but somehow leaving nail polish all around the surrounding skin. Never ever coming back again. Don’t waste your time or money, go elsewhere.

I came here and Paid 50$ for an acrylic manicure. Not only did Hannah cut me four times on my cuticles, make me bleed and completely destroyed the cuticles, theres acrylic everywhere around my nails. They’re not smooth on the sides, and she was extremely rushed. She got white paint on a black nail.. Go SoMeWheRe else. I promise you it won’t be worth it.

I went to get my nails filled, the guy cut me pretty bad with the electric file when removing my previous color, I’ve had them for a week and they have already started lifting and have chipped and they surface of them is not smooth at all (this cut is after a week)
