This place is absolutely amazing! I have come here several times and for each visit I have been made to feel comfortable and at ease. My most recent visit I messed up and scheduled for the wrong office but they were able to get me in at this office on the same day. All of the staff is extremely friendly and I highly recommend this business to anyone, especially if you are nervous or uncomfortable, because they do their best to put you at ease throughout the entire appointment and make sure to explain the different steps in the waxing process.

I want to start by saying I absolutely love Gio! She’s the BEST. Whoever the older white woman is that was working the desk today 8/18 is very condescending & rude. I brought my daughter in with me today as I have before & the woman was very rude about it. It felt like she was trying to make me feel bad about me bringing her. “We don’t have anybody to watch children. Now i won’t be able to leave the desk. Somebody might walk by & see her & want to take her.” Ma’am. There’s cameras in here. The windows are blocked by blinds & there’s a bell on the door when you open it. So sorry that I wasn’t aware that I couldn’t bring her. Like I said I’ve brought my daughter with me before & nobody ever said anything. They just sit her in front of the camera & continue on with my appointment. Had I known that it was against their policy I would’ve scheduled my appointment for later when my husband was home. At the end of my appointment, she didn’t even bother with asking if I wanted to schedule my next appointment & didn’t stamp my card. So I don’t believe I’ll be back.

I’ve been going to rio for some years now and I love it . Evelyn is thee BEST!! she makes it so easy (even though it still hurts lol) but she makes the process very doable. She’s the only one I’ve ever been to both the powder springs and the austell location so I highest recommend her !
