The worst mistake of my life!!! I had very long beautiful hair before I walked in the salon. I went in just for a tiny trim, 2 inches to see how he does. When I was explaining to the owner Richard, he kept saying he knows, he knows, but instead didn’t even listen to a word I said. In addition, he was very unfriendly and very arrogant. When it was over, he took 6+ inches off probably because he kept F up!! In addition, it was uneven and not the style I wanted.
