Highly recommend! All of the technicians were so kind and helpful as soon as I walked in. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the woman who did my nails, but she was wonderful. She was friendly and super gentle with my nails/hands. Other nail salons I have gone to, I left with bloody cuticles and they are just not polite. And my nails look great!

I had a bad experience there before with another nail tech, but this time it was nice with two different people. My daughter got nails and I got a pedicure. Mine was great and her nails are beautiful. As long as we stick to these nail techs we are definitely happy!

I made an appointment for 6:00 for a fill with gel polish, and was out by 7. The entire time the older lady was doing my nails she was watching her phone, and having an attitude with me. She asked multiple times why I was watching her do the service, and I told her because I didn’t like them. She never fixed the shape. She also cut them down after I asked her not to. Before I left I told her how I felt about the set and not only did she still charge me full price but told me not to come back…. I wasn’t trying to be rude I just wanted my shape fixed. Now here I am a few days later and 2 of my nails have broke off already. DO NOT GO HERE!!! The person getting there nails done sitting next to me was also asking her tech to get a sparkle off of her white polish and there tech refused. Horrible nails. Horrible customer service. DO NOT GO HERE.

BEWARE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! The owner was very impatient and very rude. I visited this salon about 3 weeks ago and the young lady did an exceptional job. I received a pedicure and dip powder on my natural nails. Today I went in and that nail tech was not there so I had let the owner take me. She begin pressuring me to choose a color and once I decided on a color she told me it was not good(Poor attitude and not something you should say to your customer). She removed the old power and proceeded to apply the basecoat. I stopped her and asked if she would remove the skin around the nailbed. She stated that it was not included with the refill on the dip powder. I had never received a fill and not have the skin removed. This is part of the service in any salon. I explained to her that the nail tech that serviced my nails before did not charge me extra, nor was the service listed as a separate cost. She tried to argue with me and I stopped her real quick and cited how unprofessional she had been during the entire time I was there. I left out went to another salon and long and behold the nail tech said they had to remove the old powder. This winch did not even remove the old powder. This is so unfortunate, because I had really like the first tech I had. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS. There are several great salons in the area. After driving around I was finally able to get my nails done at J&J’s on Frankstown Rd. I hope this helps someone!

Was on my way to another salon to get my nails done, decided to see if there was a salon closer to home. I was driving past this shop and decided to give them a try. Walked in and was greeted with a warm hello. Super nice and friendly. Showed the girl a picture of what I wanted, she did EXACTLY what I was looking for and CHEAP! I had a full set put on with dip powder (which I never heard of before) pink n white French for $45! I’ve been to just about every nail salon within a 25 mile radius of my house, haven’t had a better experience than with Rich Nails. LOVE THIS PLACE, they are now my only salon.

I went there today to get my nails done and I noticed that the acrylic was crooked on my pointer finger when I told the lady doing my nails she was rude and didn’t wanna admit to it or fix it … she claimed she had to finished the everything before she fixed it… when her other client came in she started rushing to finish and my polish was uneven and sloppy done!! When I went back to her after it dried she told me I had to wait till she finished her client that had an appointment…. she did 2 of my fingers over and them two fingers is a shade lighter than the other ones I showed her and she kept making excuses even though she and everyone else could notice the difference. She was rude and made racist comments about Indian Americans smelling bad. My friend was telling me about getting her eyebrows threaded and the nail tech said “ don’t the Indians do them , with smelly armpits “ very rude and unprofessional DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!
