I went today based off reviews and I am extremely happy with the service I received. Tan “The Man” hooked me up and I am extremely happy to have found him. He is very friendly and told me I would be smiling and laughing the whole time I’m with him. He talked to me the whole time, listened to what I wanted and made it happen. He told me he’s looking for a wife and I told him I would put it in my 5-star review LOL.

Love Love Love this place… I found this gem about 4 yrs ago when I moved to Va and I won’t go anywhere else. Everyone here does an amazing job always kind and very attentive to your needs. I’m a gel mani or SNS girl Linda does an outstanding job every time. Sam the owner his wife Andy the young lady in the back on the right don’t know her name but if you looking for designs they all are on point.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI have been going to Royal Nails for a few years now and here recently I have been seeing Alex for my pedicures. The first time I went he did a massage with my pedicure. The second time I went he was about to get away without doing one and then I asked him what happened to the massage and then he did one and then today when I went I asked him what happened to the massage he said we don’t do them with regular pedicures anymore.I walked over to Sam, the Owner, just before I was checking out and asked him about that and he said we still do them it’s just short and I said well I didn’t get one at all and then he asked Alex if he did it and Alex said yes and I repeated that Alex did not do a massage and that I know what a massage is.I’ve been getting pedicures for over 20 years. I told them I am not returning because I’m not getting massages with my pedicures. And mind you, I get gel pedicures which are more expensive than the regular pedicures, but either way if you’re getting a pedicure you should be getting a massage, just like if you’re getting a manicure you should be getting a massage. Pretty simple.Alex lied saying he did the massage and Sam didn’t bother to have Alex take me back and do it, so I am definitely not returning. I cannot spend my money somewhere where I am not respected and where my word means nothing. I have been here twice for a pedicure at the recommendation of a friend. The staff is nice the customer service is great. But on my second visit also had a manicure on my natural nails. I noticed during my second visit that they could be a bit cleaner around their pedicure stations. And manicure sink. The nail technician I got the second time did a wonderful job of removing any built up cuticles on my hands and feet. And the gel manicure I recieved has lasted, and still looks brand new. Even though I broke a nail recently. I would have given them more stars, except, I can’t overlook the cleanliness. But customer service is great, and hard to come by these days. Which is why I rated the way I did.
