Stylist did a good job. Front desk poorly staffed. Couldn’t book other services as receptionist nowhere in sight. Stopped in later in the week to try booking services; no receptionist. Walked to a stylist on the floor and requested assistance. She tried to find receptionist, then went back to her client. I waited again, then gave up and left. Receptionist ambling in front her car, engrossed in her phone. Seriously unproressional.
