Worst experience I have ever had. Stylist talked on the phone for the entire service and never asked my name. I asked for a wash, blow dry, and trim. My hair is still not clean, was still wet when I left the salon, and she trimmed it unevenly. On top of that, she never detangled my hair and roughly ran a paddle brush through my hair while it was wet tearing it out. Extremely unprofessional and I will not be returning.

I hated to write this review.. I think Addy is a Master Beautician love, love, love her to life but…a 7 hour day for a short quick weave and I had an appointment was a lot too much. Got in at 10:45 for 11 am appointment, left at 5:15 pm. I couldn’t go do any of my other errands before my trip. I had stopped coming and just wore regular ponytails for the past two years because of her wait time and of course the pandemic happened. I was so excited to go back recently. Please do better because I want to keep doing business with her.

Addy was polite but she did a very horrible job on my hair. I got a relaxer and a short haircut. It was cut evenly and relaxer was not put on well. Very dissatisfied with her services! Be aware!
