The nail tech was sloppy and slow. She used too much product but never used anti bacteria or alcohol or acetone for clean. This place seems to want to nickle and dime you. Felt so bad for an older lady who bacame so frustrated because every request was extra. There was a note one dollar for every minute of foot massage another said Five dollars for nail polish left open. When I went to wash my hands the back smelled of sewage. All the techs nails looked really good so if you like that yall probably not be disappointed. I ordered a manicure and pedicure. I wasnt completely satisfied with the pedicures but…

Granted i went to this place Saturday that just passed. My first time. I got my nails done and one broke within 3 days. I called and i spoke to the manager and they told me to come on in and get it fixed free of charge. She accomadate me well. Not too many nails salons will do that for you. Very thoughtful. Thank you.

Even with the cheapest pedi on the list, the pedicurist spent a good 30 minutes on my feet, thoroughly cleaning and polishing with detail. The manicurist was very quick and shaped my nails perfectly. This salon was so calm and professional. I did a walk-in appointment today and got my acrylics redone as well as a pedicure. Even with the cheapest pedi on the list, the pedicurist spent a good 30 minutes on my feet, thoroughly cleaning and polishing with detail. The manicurist was very quick and shaped my nails perfectly. Definitely recommend if you live in the College Park/ Hyattsville area!

I had to ask to reapply a few coats to my toe nails because the color wasn’t appearing. Then on my manicure the lady did not paint evenly at all on both hands ! If I had time I would’ve asked politely for them to repaint them but I didn’t so I will never go back there again. The massages I received with the mani and pedi were nice however when it came to actually painting my nails I give them a 2/10. I had to ask to reapply a few coats to my toe nails because the color wasn’t appearing. Then on my manicure the lady did not paint evenly at all on both hands ! Tonight I received a mani/pedi, gel polish on natural nails. It went very well, it was a school night at 5pm and not very busy. The salon itself is clean and the proprietor and proprietoress and their female employee were all kind and friendly.
