Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualitySo I haven’t had an interaction with the entire staff as I’ve only been going here a couple of months but so far everyone that I have met have been so nice and extremely helpful. The front desk receptionist is always smiling and genuine and the PA always takes her time and very thorough. So I haven’t had an interaction with the entire staff as I’ve only been going here a couple of months but so far everyone that I have met have been so nice and extremely helpful. The front desk receptionist is always smiling and genuine and the PA always takes her time and very thorough. This place deserves 5 stars for the quality of treatment, I’ve never had results like this and I feel amazing! This place is legit!!

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI called for pricing information on the HCG and permanent makeup/eyeliner. The price given for eyeliner permanent makeup on the website is different from what I was told. The reason given, was that the prices were being updated as we were speaking. I asked was the price listed going to be honored and was told, no. This is still false advertising even if the website is being updated as we speak. Prices should be honored until the website is updated.Additionally, IMHO, one should never address anyone in a familiar term when conducting business, especially when it is used to be snide or condescending. I can’t speak to the quality of the service, but I was considering a few of the services offered and Timi nipped that right in the bud. If she is answering the phone this way, then surely her performance while tattooing permanent makeup leaves one wondering if her services are just as temperamental.
