Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI had a very poor experience here. I had a 9am appointment for a treatment and the doctor didn’t show up. The front desk staff kept telling me that the doctor will be there in 5 minutes but he didn’t arrive until almost noon. I was left waiting for almost the entire morning. Because of that, when the treatment started the anesthetic cream almost worn out. This made the treatment extra painful. The worst part is that the doctor didn’t seem to care about how much pain I was. He was extremely nonchalant and had zero empathy with his patient. The front desk staff kept telling me that the doctor will be there in 5 minutes but he didn’t arrive until almost noon. I was left waiting for almost the entire morning.
