This place is horrible, my girlfriend and I came here to get a couples massage. The massage was not that great they were using their body weight a lot and it was very painful. When the hot stones were on my back still hot one rolled off onto my skin and scalded me. It was not very relaxing at all. When we were heading out the masseuse requested a higher tip from us she said specifically has to be 10 dollars above for each masseuse. We were not happy with the service so we tipped 15% but she was requesting a ridiculous amount. We were not allowed to leave until we had given her the amount. I refused to give it, so my girlfriend got charged on her card for the tip since she did not have cash. They should place somewhere on their establishment that tip is mandatory and not complimentary and also should specify the amount of percentage of tip per service so we can shop for better.

An amazing experience. My girlfriend booked us the couple’s massage and hot stone, and both left with the same opinion. Our massage was individually tailored to our bodies needs, them targeting the most stressed feeling muscles and taking the time to work it out. My massage therapist SANDY was terrible! Although she did good massage, she was requesting high tips and pretending that I added more money. I gave her $5 as tip but she wanted double, because the other customer gave her $10 and she thought it is a “must”. How can you request customers to give the tip you want? she also told me to leave and it was really RUDE!!! I’m shocked, and If possible, I’d like to talk to the owner or manager because it was not correct how I was treated.

So I went in because I had lower back pain and I got the combo for 35 hr body foot and the back massage was the worst back massage I have ever gotten in my life and I’m not even exaggerating this lady elbow my pressure points to the point it hurt alot and I can withstand rough massages I left needing a massage from my massage. The foot massage was ok but I couldn’t even think about that since I was still super sore . I never ever leave reviews but man …..never coming back here. I’m not sure if she was doing it on purpose or she was discriminating or what I even started sweating all over due to the pain

I purchased two stone massages right before covid hit March 2020. When they finally answered their phone a year later June 2021 they said they have new management and will not honor my two vouchers. Don’t trust these people with your body, they aren’t honorable.

Borderline criminal. I used to come here all the time but yesterday I asked not to dig and get my knots out and she used her knuckles or elbows so hard I had to ask her several times to be softer because it hurt. But it was like she was mad at me or something and kept going so hard. Then I only wanted to tip $5 because of the terrible service but she refused to give me my $5 change back. It’s really unbelievable behavior.
