I always like the service I get at SportsClips. But, let’s get real on the electronic check out. I am quite capable in typing in the tip amount myself. Giving your pretentious tip options/ suggestions of up to 40% of the value of the service received. Why would you have the gall to ask for $15 tip on a $23 haircut. That makes no sense. Can your employer not pay you what you’re worth? Customers will tip generally according to their happiness with your service. Don’t make it obligatory. If your price is too low, then raise your price and don’t put stupid tip recommendations on your check-out screen. Again, let the customer decide whether he wants to tip and how much. I will be tempted to not tip ever on an electronic checkout. I tip in cash only.

Literally as I was about to be seated, a customer walked in who had registered online and I was bumped. Literally as I was about to be seated, a customer walked in who had registered online and I was bumped. Seeing there were other “online” customers on the display I dared not risk getting bumped again and again. Horrible haircut. It was totally uneven and was the worst haircut I’ve ever got in my life. Was the stylist drunk or something? And to top it off I paid almost $30 it’s more expensive than great clips. I’ll never go hear again. I could’ve done a better job blindfolded.
