Horrible place ask for money upfront doesn’t do the massage that is advertised and it feels like their just pushing on your body not actual massage actually asked for a tip upfront and I said I tip after then says tip for me after. The most horrible massage I’ve ever had in my life. If you could even call it a massage beware of this place.

Horrible place…… They ask you to pay first then all she did was push on me and bang on me no real massage… very disappointed. Will never come back here or recommend anyone to come here. Then she asked at the end no tip for me when I told her before that I needed to add it because I had no cash then she doesn’t tell me she’s adding a charge for the credit card she just adds it first time and last time I will be here oh, and they advertise hot stones and did not get that either

I called to make an appointment a week in advance and they said I don’t need an appointment, just to come on in. So I showed up at the time I tried to make the appointment for and they said they couldn’t take me because they were full. Very rude. I would never try to go here again.

Warning about business practices! I tried to do a walk in. They were available and I told the I wanted 60min. They said ok but then went on a rant about a mandatory 25% tip even saying “we aren’t a restaurant its hard work.” I said sure that was no problem for me bc the 60min massage is only $60 so a $15 tip is more than fair. I was ready to go in but then they wanted me to pay the full amount first. RED ALERT!!! I have had a ton of massages and NEVER had to pay ahead of time. I walked right out!!! What kind of place has a massage therapist that worries someone won’t pay?!?! One that has questionable practice. Beware!

The lady said “we don’t do foot massage” which is half of the service that they advertised on their wall. She even recommended me to go to that other place near which was actually awesome. For a second I wanted to stay there but she was trying to charge me up front and I know that is never a good sign of service when they want to charge AND ask you for tips before the service is performed

Critical: ProfessionalismMy husband and children purchased a $120 gift certificate for me during the pandemic (Aug 2020); the certificate had an expiration date of 9/2020 (30days) that I obviously overlooked! However, when I asked if they were accommodating anything or will at least give me a lesser value service (ie: 30mins) to accommodate and their response was no. I have been looking for this place for years!! Message parlors, spas, all sorts of places that made me want to go home to shower, but these ladies are FANTASTICAL!! From start to finish, I do the 60 mins, they leave me leaving them lighter, bouncier, and totally relaxed (& tipping almost more than the great pieces they have. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!
