Rude treatment. I went there with my girlfriend yesterday. We both got 20 min table massages. The younger tall man massaged my girlfriend and I got an older guy. My girlfriend asked the younger man to give her a stronger massage because he was not putting enough effort in massaging her … I kept on waiting for the older guy to leave my neck area… He spend too much time there and did not touch my legs or lower back, which are my problem areas. The massage stop, in my opinion too quickly… and I was still in pain. when paying for the massages, My girlfriend have a problem with her credit car (a malfunctioning chip) which require her to try paying inserting the chip at least three times into the card reader before she can swipe her card… She tried to explain the situation to the younger tall man, but he spoke almost no english and angrily he took my girlfriend’s credit card and through it on to the counter voicing indistinguishable words. But after all that, very clearly he demanded a tip… My girlfriend refused to giving any tip because he was rude and unpleasant and he got even madder. We are no coming back to that establishment until they find stuff that can speak English.

We’ve been here several times and most of the time it was fine. But today we went in for a quick massage while at the mall, just after finishing, I paid the bill. Once handing the signed receipt back to the cashier, he handed it back asking for a better tip. Not once, twice, but three times. If you want more money raise your prices, but I’ll never be back

Critical: Communication, QualityWe have been loyal customers to this establishment, but the last time was very poor quality. If you are going to have a business you should be able to speak some English. I don’t feel they have any training. My wife was actually in more pain when she left then before she came in. She got a table massage and just focused on her neck.

Twice now I’ve had workers literally demand tips, and not just tips but tried to dictate the amount as well Don’t know how it goes in China but these folks got etiquette lessons to learn.

In the past I received a quality full body massage, on this visit I requested that for 1 hour and they didn’t. I felt like they pushed on my back but it was not done well. Their prices went up but services went down, they did not sanitize the face/ headrest, added paper towel over it only. I kept a mask on as a result. I was very disappointed
