I just went here for the first time and loved it!!! I actually went based on some of the negative reviews – I love a deep, get IN those pent up spots, kinda massage. The gal Amy was so kind. I went in asking for an hour on my back/upper body only. Rather than getting that she suggested I do 30 minutes and also do cupping. This was about $25 LESS of a service. I appreciated her recommendation. It felt amazing!! I will absolutely be returning.

Got a horrible lotion rub down by a 65 year old overly chatty Chinese woman, literally in her bra with a nasty cough. Over heard the other masseuse on speaker phone with a regular client on his way there for his “good ending” with his “favorite special lady”….. Pretty sure this place is up to some funny business. Critical: ProfessionalismMy experience was interrupted two times by visitors that they had to attend to and the time was not made up. The massage ladies were talking to each other constantly. I was not relaxed or enjoyed anything about my massage. Will not go again.

Relax magic was my spot… The new staff talks too much. They now want to take away the credit card machine and say “cash only”… I don’t carry a lot of cash on me. I barely had enough cash on me to leave a decent tip … I scramble up $5 and the lady says, “just $5 tip”… I responded, uhhh yes! You don’t have a credit card machine and please don’t try to dictate how much of a tip I need to give. Quickly, they pull out the working credit card machine for me to pay… Word of advice, please don’t try to punish your tipping customers by taking away the credit card machine.. I’ll take myself back to Vernon Hills or Kenosha.
