I have been going to Francis for 2+ years , she is sweet, makes you feel comfortable & answers any questions you have about her services! I cannot think of someone more certified to go my lashes then her! She takes her time in a stress free environment! My lashes have always come out exactly how I envision them, I have recommend her to many of my friends and will continue to do so! If you want a job well done , she is the one for that! Love her !!!

I will not get my lashes done any where else…ever! I love how Francis takes her time to make sure every lash is perfectly placed. She has so much knowledge on lash extensions, so I feel safe going to her. Every time I get my lashes done, people around me ask for the info of her website which let’s me know I’m not biased in my opinion. My favorite set is the hybrid set. What’s nice is I’ve actually tried the cat eye hybrid and now the doll eye hybrid, I absolutely love both. Francis is well versed and up to date with current eye lash trends.

This review is a little late but I cannot sit back and watch someone try to trash the name of a great hardworking lash tech. I came in to get my lashes done for the first time ever and Francis was amazing. I made an hour commute from San Mateo to Concord for her service and still managed to arrive early as she always asks of her customers. She made me feel comfortable and explained the process to me before we started. We talked about how it was my first time and the options that she had as well as what I was looking for as far as length and fullness. We settled on a classic set. It was so relaxing, I think I actually fell asleep because it was over before I knew it. She made it very clear to stay away from water and anything that could make the glue adhesive fall out. I was in love with my lashes, I went over the self care with her and made sure to watch videos on how to clean them so I could make the best of my lashes. Nothing makes you more confident than some nice full lashes! Thank you Francis and I always make sure to recommend you to friends!

So happy with my overall experience! Francis is so kind, understanding, and professional! My lashes turned out PERFECTLY! The shop was very clean and welcoming. I loved how informative Francis was through out the appointment, since I was a bit nervous. I cannot wait to visit again!

I’ve only been seen by Francis once. (I just scheduled my second appt.) As my lift lasted longer than I had expected. Naturally I have pretty long healthy lashes but I had been getting extensions (elsewhere) for about 6 months. I was ready to start fresh. So I did! I got a tint & lift & they’ve grown out very nicely. I found Francis to be gentle, sweet & very knowledgeable. Grateful I found her! Oh & side note…her bed is so comfortable, I kept falling asleep on her during my appt. Sooooo relaxing! Thankfully she didn’t mind. 😉
