I should have trusted the few reviews I read, but I was already in the parking lot and it was so close to my work so I figured I would give it a try…biggest mistake of my life. I asked if the man could do a fairly simple design, I wish he would have said he couldn’t, I just would have gotten a solid color. The entire time he was doing my nails he was shaking and he reeked of cigarettes, the whole experience was just really uncomfortable. Anyway, the fill job was shotty, the sides of my nails are a bit rough, and they look like they were painted by a 9 year old…and I still tipped the guy because I didn’t have the heart not to, he did spend an hour even though they look terrible. All in all, I would have been better off just throwing $40 in the garbage.

Nails only lasted 2 weeks at the most. Great price but not worth going every 2 weeks.

Critical: Quality, ValueAfter three days, my wife’s nail polish on her toes were chipping off. My daughter had two nails break after 2 days. The pedicure they gave her was not as good as other places and she was given a massage chair that was broken, which they knew about before hand because when she mentioned it, they just said “yes, it doesn’t work all the time” . When mentioning that she opted for the longer (more costly) pedicure solely because of wanting the massage chair, no offer of switching to a working chair was given.Services: Acrylic nails, PedicureAfter three days, my wife’s nail polish on her toes were chipping off. I tell them what service I want spa volcano pedi.. $50/hr, with a paint change and cut down mani, and they tell me what they think I want, now I need a fill, and I want Christmas colors, not a French manicure. I pay and have chipped acrylic within a week, or nails are misshapen. Have an older gentlemen who isn’t a very good technician, but I’m charged as if he’s is talented.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueAsked for a manicure, place was dirty. She did not wash her hands or use sanitizer before beginning. I asked if I could wash my hands before starting. She used and small bowl with plain cold water & briefly had me put both hands in. Very lightly pushed back cuticles and slightly nipped them, literally asked me if wanted my nails filed, then used a ruff hard file meant for acrylic nails, sawing into my natural nails like wood, then used a used dirty electric drill instead of a clean new attachment tip. No proper hand & arm message, then at the end asked me if I wanted some lotion for my hands. SERIOUSLY? she was on the phone, trying hold it at the same time. I felt over charged for the service, $28 for simple and terrible manicure. I try to be polite and actually gave two dollars as a tip. SADLY FOR THEM, NEVER AGAIN!Service: Gel manicuresAsked for a manicure, place was dirty. She did not wash her hands or use sanitizer before beginning. I’m not sure where all these negative reviews come from. I have been coming to this salon for at least three months and have always been treated well. The staff is fun and pleasant to interact with. The prices are competitive. My nails always look beautiful and last for weeks longer than at any other salon in our area.

My gel manicure was clumpy and horrible. A 6 year old could paint nails better than my manicure looks. She cut too close to my cuticle and made them bleed. Also felt uncomfortable because the staff was not the friendliest. Never going back and would not recommend.
