I used to live in Puyallup when I found Kelly at the Walmart in Puyallup on Meredian. I now live in Kent and I travel from Kent to Puyallup every two weeks to have my nails done. I had a HORRIBLE experience at this salon today. I had hired a baby sitter to watch my 6 month old baby so that I could go out and have some fun bonding time with my 2 girls. I got there and they weren’t sure if they had time for us and I said “that’s OK we can go someplace else”, and they said “no it’s OK we can take you.” I wanted a manicure and she told me I had to do a Polish change because she didn’t have time and I couldn’t say anything because she had already started working on my girls. She completely rushed our nail Polish and it looked horrible! It was very thin (it definitely needed another coat or 2) there were bumps and nicks in it and I didn’t even get a chair to sit in, I had to stand the whole time! I got in the car and cried out of frustration because it was so horrible. I will NEVER go back.

Is there a way to not even rate them at all? Walked in and asked if they could take off my acrylics, 3 ladies were sitting down relaxing and said no. I said what do you mean?? (A nail place that doesn’t take off acrylics???) ANYWAYS… after a min they said to sit down, the lady that took off my nails basically just clipped them off bit by bit, almost cut off and ripped my actual nails off twice, cut my finger, by the time she actually took all the them off it looked horrible. She filed it down a little and brushed on a clear coat and sent me on my way. Horrible.
