Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in only wanting my highlights toned to a carmel color. Came out with solid red hair. When I went back to have my hair fixed. I went in only wanting my highlights toned to a carmel color. Came out with solid red hair. When I went back to have my hair fixed.
