No matter where I travel I get stopped and people comment on how beautiful my nails are!!! Yes if you keep adding to your request there will be an up charge…that happen everywhere. I ONLY go to Lee to get my nails done. She always listens and gives me exactly what I ask for. We always go for new relevant designs and she always delivers. There is no one else I trust to do the job more than her. You will not be disappointed!!!

I have read another review which mirrored my experience with Regal Nails exactly and specifically Lee. She is without a doubt one of the rudest service providers I’ve ever come across. Twice she has cut me and had the nerve to act irritated because she had to stop what she was doing to stop the bleeding and never an apology. Forget about any conversation because she’s too busy talking with her co-workers. There are way too many other nail salons to put up with the attitude she puts out. Have gone to greener pasture (A2Z Nail) and love it there, especially Annie.

My fiancé has been coming to Regal Nails for over 2 years and every time she gets her nails done, she is always raving about the service and the nail color/design that she picks! My fiancé has never had a negative experience here at all! You come in with an idea and you leave happier than you thought! My fiancé’s nails have lasted for weeks without needing to be replaced! The quality and services here are phenomenal! My fiancé highly recommends this place for anyone looking to get their nails done by quality, friendly people!

Why take appointments? I made an appointment today for 11:30 just to be told to wait (after I had already been waiting) because they had a walk in show up literally 2 seconds before I did. When another technician showed up, he began to help me when Lee directed him to help the girl who walked in before I did. So I politely asked when I could be helped seeing my appointment time had well passed and she proceeded to ignore me and roll her eyes while speaking to her technician in another language. So disrespectful. I had been a loyal customer of theirs until this point and I will never be back. Why make an appointment when you have to wait a half hour to get in? I have referred a lot of people to them and I will be sure to let them know the horrible experience I had today.

RIP OFF!!! Don’t go here! Terrible!! I went to this place for manicure and color. I paid 30 dollars. The man (asian old man. early 60’s) only spent less than 3 minutes doing manicure and maybe less than 10 minutes applying nail color.
