Did not like service at all. The man change my nail shape without my permission after telling me he couldn’t do French tip on tapered square nails. Still didn’t give me French tips. He also rushed my nails and didn’t give me proper service. Acrylic nails, Dip powder

All I gotta say is check your credit card and debit purchases they add a extra 20 then act like they know nothing all of sudden and over charge for service and they not that good to charge those prices.

First off the staff is not welcoming at all. When me and my mom got there, we weren’t welcomed at all. We stood at the counter waiting to be greeted and whenever someone finally noticed us we were told the wait would be 40 minutes, which we didn’t mind so we decided to wait. When the guy finally started on my moms pedicure we both noticed that he seemed to have a attitude the entire time. When I voiced my concerns he just ignored me and started talking to someone else while I was speaking to him. The guy then gets up to let someone else finish my moms toes, and doesn’t apologize or say anything, the manager doesn’t even come over to defuse the situation. Because of the way we were being treated we just decide to go somewhere else all together. They ALL need to work on their customer service skills. I will not be returning to this nail salon.

I have been coming here for several years and they treat me with nothing but respect. They are here to please and take pride in their work. I do not know all of the manicurists by name, but over the course of years they all have done my toenails or fingernails. True some are better than others but they are all good. I did experience one incident where my shellac chipped in about 3 or 4 days, but the owner was very quick to remedy the situation by allowing me to have them redone at no charge. Customer service is great!

I’m giving this place a 1/2 star. I never add reviews but in this case my experience was so horrible I felt like I needed to spare others the same. The guy kept filling my skin with the drill and the hand held file. It burnt and hurt so bad. I got the solar set and there is bubbles all over almost every nail they aren’t even. So if I we’re you I’d save your money and go elsewhere. Like I said I’m not the type of person to leave a review but this needed to be told.

Critical: ProfessionalismThe nail tech who did my which was an older woman was very rude tried to force a face guard over my face while I was already wearing a mask. Then tried make me sign a form that I already filled out at the beginning while already in the process of doing my nails. Also tried to charge me $10 for a toe nail change that is $7

Went to get a shellac manicure Friday afternoon(7/14/17) before leaving that night on vacation in order to have my nails look nice during my entire vacation but by Wednesday(7/19/17) several of my nails had already chipped and the shellac was peeling off. Needless to say that by that same night I had only about 2-3 nails left with the polish so I had no choice but to remove it all so it wouldn’t look so bad with only a few fingers painted such a disappointment

I stood in front of the counter and waited to be greeted. The guy came and put money in the register and left. He didn’t even ask if I needed help. He went sat down and held a conversation for 15 minutes with an employee. I asked if I could get a refill, he said it’s too late. It was only 8:20 and they closed at 9. I just thought that was so strange.
