What is NOT okay is to hold your customers to a standard of promptness, financial deposit of $100 to secure your slot, cleanliness(we are still in a pandemic) but not provide reasonable time and or accommodations. Looks like they are under staff for my 3rd and final time. This isn’t a nail salon where you can quote 20 min waits, pick a color and have a seat. This is a medical professional spa office. I, the customer, am asked to be 15 minute early to my appointment but i am not met with the same consideration. I waited over an hour to be “welcomed in” with only an apology. I am an adult with commitments who works full time with responsibilities. I don’t have a causal 2-3 hours to wait. Do not take walk in or allow customers to add to their time and services. The staffing model is obviously an issue. I’ve always wait 30-40 minutes to be seen. I too care to have a clean environment before entered the procedure room (pandemic or not). I am the average consumer who is willing to spend 1k on my services rendered. No i don’t have 500k followers. So maybe I’m not met with same respect. There are way too many cosmetic spots in Southern California than to treated as inconsequential. Again, i followed up through their texting platform after 45 minutes of waiting in my car. . 30 MORE minutes later I reach out for further communication. It’s just not right. Allergan will also be made aware. Big pharmaceutical probably doesn’t care either.Last time I was here (Corona location) they kept their personal food and drink products in the SAME REFRIGERATOR as their injectables. OSHA, is this okay?? No one followed up with me on that one either. I had to ask for their store managers email before getting a reply. Don’t go to Newport Beach or the Corona office unless you’re a stay at home wife who has 3 hours of leisure time and don’t make plans or commitments within 1-2 hours of your appointment time.Their nurses are great.
