Went in with my mom and little sister today around 6:15 to get our nails done. Right off the bat, the man at the station by the entrance was rude. We didn’t see prices posted anywhere, so we asked if they did and he said no. I asked what time they closed and he told me they were about to close. I had seen on the google it said 7:30 and on Facebook on their card it said 8 for saturdays, so I questioned him and he said “no we close early on saturdays”. He quoted us $50 for my 8 year old sister to get acrylics and $35 for just polish!!! When I gave him a surprised look he said “you can always call a Salon that’s open later and get a cheaper price.” Okay I will do that! This is a nail salon in Walmart. I’ve seen cheaper prices at nicer places. Not to mention the prices on the regal nails website lists the prices as WAY lower and even specifies WalMart location prices. Also, when I left to call another salon, he told my mom and sister that theres no reason for them to be sitting in the salon since they’re closing!! We ended up finding a place for more reasonable cost and amazing customer service. RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL is all I have to say. If you’re going to treat potential customers like this, why work at the establishment to begin with. I will never be receiving services from them!

Immediately they started trying to help me look, even looking in my truck, the store, the and parking lot. The manager stayed well after closing looking for it.
