Positive: ProfessionalismI am the owner of Indigo Color Bar & Salon. I would like to address the review left by Sarah Tollman below. I am unaware of who this woman is who left this review. She has never stepped foot into our salon. I have asked several people in my community if they know of her, and posted her review on my FB page to see if anyone knows her. I have also contacted Google about taking this review down, and also my legal counsel, as she is defaming our character at our business. We have no idea who she is. Anyone who owns a business should be VERY concerned by people like this. Who can just randomly leave a false or fake review. Please note again.. have never met or done a service on the woman named Sara Tollman. But I will be looking into this matter with my legal counsel, to prevent anyone like her from posting false reviews, which can damage a businesses reputation. We are a customer orientated salon, with a great staff and have had a successful business in the hair industry for 32 years. Professionalism is our number one priority. So when someone makes a false claim, they should be very aware, that legal ramifications can ensue. We DO NOT know this Sara Tollman nor have we ever done business with her. I would challenge her to prove that we have. Again, just wanted to explain that there are some seriously crazy people in this world and have no idea why someone we don’t know, would try to post a false review and try to purposefully hurt a small business.
