I asked for COFFIN shape and these are square shape. They sure did make sure to upcharge me for that shape tho. I didn’t notice it too much until I got home. WOW! I’m shocked to see bad reviews of this place! They have done an EXCELLENT job on my feet and nails for the past 3 months! Each time, service is great , prices are very fair, and my nails last! I always get compliments on my nails and they have lasted longer than many of the overpriced salons I’ve been to. Kiara did my nails this last time and I received SO many compliments. I really like them.

This place has THEEE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD. I’ve been in twice and both times left in disgust, having dodged a bullet by not getting any services performed by them. I wanted to used my own gel color, 1 of the only 2 technicians in there proceeded to ask me where I bought it and tell me it may not work with their equipment. It’s standard gel polish, like any that I could buy at cvs so of course it would work. He then tells me I can wait 20 minutes to speak with the owner about the color/brand of polish o choose to use on my nails. I will NEVER return here (only did a second time because gps said they were the closest to me) I’m from LA so I’ve experienced some pushy and upfront nail techs but these people here are AWFUL!! I have no idea how they have any customers still walking in the door.

Someone recommend me this place so my friend and I came here. My nails chipped off the same day. They were very thick. I get my nails done all the time and even at home I can get a better result. Came back in the guy was very rude and loud and didn’t want to accept that it was there fault. He said he can fix it but waste of time. Jennifer fixed my nails and she was very nice.

Nail tech was on her phone while doing my nails. She cut two of my fingers, did not clean up under my nails, there’s acrylic hanging. My nails look horrible and they hurt. Did I mention she was not very friendly? This was overall the WORST nail experience ever.

Yeah they have great prices but there products (gel polish) is cheap doesn’t last more than a few days I had cracks in 3 of my nails, the polish is dull look more like a matte finish! You get what u pay for! I’ll never go back
