Loan has always found a way to work me into the schedule. I will go several months without and make a call and be able to get scheduled. I love her creativity, I will just say I want Halloween nails or Christmas nails and she will go right to work! I appreciate that they are working by appointment only and mask’s required for everyone’s safety it’s a crazy world out there right now let’s all do our part.

The first time I went in the gentleman did an excellent job. My nails lasted 3 weeks. Went in today and the lady did a terrible job. The nails weren’t even fully covered with acrilic or polish. Walked out spending $25 on a fill and the nails aren’t even fully filled. Very sad at how slow they were and how quickly the lady wanted to get me out. I don’t reccomend the lady.

I have been to every nail salon in Pace upon first relocating with my husband and son. Six months after we moved, I found Loann and staff at Regal Nails in Walmart, Pace. Outstanding customer service. Have been using them for eight years plus. Nail treatment suited to each individual. I thought I would never have healthy fingernails again. An overlooked gem, this establishment earns my top approval. I will never go anywhere else.

Came in for a pedicure & manicure but after the pedicure, I passed on getting myself a manicure. She (an older lady) barely massaged my legs, she didn’t even take 20 minutes in the whole process. There was someone getting a pedicure when I got there & she was still there when I left, enjoying her pedicure. I not only had a very short & quick pedicure but worst I have ever had. This is a terrible salon. Don’t waste your money! When I got ready to go, I had nail polish on the top of my feet & flip flops where she had splattered it everywhere. I ask for some cotton & remover to try to get it off but one of the ladies called her over & made her do it. A terrible experience all the way around!

When I came herr to get my nails done a pink coffin, the lady gave me messed up french tips that weren’t even good. She had cut the tips to as low as they could go without asking me how long I wanted them. I told her I wanted colored nails and all she did was give me a French tip and didn’t even put the gel coat all the way on. She was putting things on my hands and on of the things burned my skin, not to mention when she was filing my nails the drill touched my skin it and it hurt so bad. I dont recommend going here and if I could give 0 stars I would.

Horrible customer service. Was told there would be a 30 minute wait before I could get my eyebrows done. I left to go shopping and set a 30 minute timer on my phone. Came back and was told that someone else walked in so they couldn’t fit me in. Neither associate seemed very friendly or willing to accomodate.

I go every three weeks to get my nails done. The two ladies that do nails are very good and very sweet. I have only gotten a pedi there once but prob won’t go back for another one of those. I like my feet rubbed and scrubbed!

Just went and got gel polish and when I was done I told the older lady my nails were still sticky. She said they were fine. 3 hours and 25$ later my nails are messed up. Please save your money!!!!

Located inside Walmart. They take appointments or walk-ins and are welcoming for both. Very personable, friendly, fast and good. I get a Mani and eyebrows done here in about 25 minutes for $30 plus tip. You can’t beat that price anywhere else in town.
