Critical: ProfessionalismHad a appointment at 3 and we were there early and picked out our nail polish and stood for 15 minutes at least. The the guy got us our seat and got our feet in and he left. Nobody never sai a word to use and we sat there for 45 minutes and still nothing so got up and left and did a little shopping and walked by an 2 ladies were still there that was getting there nails done . I don’t think I will ever go back. Had a appointment at 3 and we were there early and picked out our nail polish and stood for 15 minutes at least. The the guy got us our seat and got our feet in and he left. Nobody never sai a word to use and we sat there for 45 minutes and still nothing so got up and left and did a little shopping and walked by an 2 ladies were still there that was getting there nails done . Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueFirstly, there is a minor language barrier, but that’s easily overcome by simply following the motion of the professionals’ hands.I received both a manicure and a pedicure from here. My fingernails not only look amazing, they feel as if they’re not even mine — somebody much fancier and regal has given me their fingernails.My pedicure felt amazing. My feet are so soft and I enjoyed every minute of it. Remind you I had an appointment and I know at least 1 person that came in didn’t have an appointment but was seated to get her nails done. Remind you I had an appointment and I know at least 1 person that came in didn’t have an appointment but was seated to get her nails done.
